There's nothing like solving a good problem. Programming is the ultimate problem. Anything can be programmed. It's just a matter of creating an effective method. The deepest I've gone into programming is some basic C# programming in Microsoft Visual Studio. I've also tested out python and java. I would certainly like to embark on some larger projects in programming such as: making automation applications with python or a game with C# in unity.
There's nothing quite like the rush of shredding down the mountain! If you're looking to start snowboarding, head west and check out Beaver Mountain in Utah. I had a day there with fresh snow powder up to my waste.
Discovering a world from the comfort of your home is one of my favorite ways to waste time, so long as it's not too much time. Lately, I've been diving into the world of traditional roguelikes, an interesting and controversial genre of games, some of the first of which were the first games playable on most computers. There's a great website to dive into these called roguebasin. My current roguelike favorite is Cogmind, a complex and technically deep game about a self-assembling robot.
